The summary plan proposes re-zoning the twin Autodesk buildings at 3900 and 3950 Civic Center Drive and the Autodesk building on 1 McInnis Parkway (note that Autodesk does not own these buildings and only partly occupies 2 of them). These buildings will be re-zoned as 4 or 5 story high density residential units with ground floor commercial. These are proposed to include affordable housing.
